How to get the perfect Retro eye liner

Tools you will need : eyeliner brush, magnifying mirror, liquid or gel eyeliner, a steady hand.

1.Close one eye and lift the eye lid from under the arch of the eyebrow. This will smooth out fine fines that the eyeliner can get caught in and prevent too much eye flicker.

2. Add the eye liner as close to the lashes as possible. It is not necessary to do the line in one sweep. Start in the center and go back to the inner eye if you find this easier. The line needs to be finer in the inner corner as you get to the centre of the eye lid the line begins to get a little thicker and follows the lash line and sweeps in an upward motion to create the flick. You may need to start the upward sweep a little before the end of your lashes if you have a natural downward turn to your eye.
